Method Athlete Announces the 2013 Body Balance Challenge for Anyone Looking to Improve Fitness, Performance and Overall Health Company opens contest to award two deserving people a chance to join the program for free
(Scottsdale, Ariz. Jan 17, 2013) – Method Athlete, a training and fitness facility that combines proven methodology with practical, expert training announces the fourth annual Body Balance Challenge. Method has modified its 2013 program to also include a contest to award two people a chance to be included in the program for free by telling their inspirational stories. The 12-week program will include fitness training, a custom nutrition plan, educational workshops and more. The winner will receive $700 and 12 personal training sessions. “We look forward to this challenge every year,” says Mark Norton, General Manager and Body Balance Challenge program director at Method Athlete. “In just 12 short weeks, participants are able to see what they can actually achieve with a little hard work and the proper training and education. This year, we really wanted to give back and offer up the opportunity for people who have faced personal challenges that have foiled their fitness efforts. We understand that life happens, and a little encouragement and a partner in their efforts can be just what they need to achieve their goals. We look forward to hearing their inspirational stories and seeing everyone’s results at the end of the program.” The program will begin on February 9, 2013. The Body Balance Challenge program cost is $899 and includes:- Three personal training sessions per week for 12 weeks, 36 in total
