This 55-minute class includes simple, athletic challenges that combine cardiovascular, strength, core and agility exercises. We use short, high-intensity intervals that are alternated with active recovery periods. The repetitive moves allow participants to focus on form and intensity. A variety of formats and equipment keep the class fun and exciting for ALL fitness levels. The session will fly by as we work to motivate one another to achieve our fitness goals. Interval training has been an integral part of both Connie's and Carrie's exercise regimens for the past four years. This type of training has allowed them to transform their bodies and attain very high fitness levels in a short amount of time.
