High-Intensity Interval Training for Maximum Fat Loss
Get ready to sweat, pant, feel the burn and lose the fat because the Scottsdale Personal Trainers at Method Athlete
have introduced Power Interval Training Classes to our selection of Group Training programs! This 55-minute class includes simple, athletic challenges that combine cardiovascular, strength, core and agility exercises. We use short, high-intensity intervals that are alternated with active recovery periods. The repetitive moves allow participants to focus on form and intensity. A variety of formats and equipment keep the class fun and exciting for ALL fitness levels. The session will fly by as we work to motivate one another to achieve our fitness goals.
