One of our favorite dynamic stretches here at Method Athlete that stretches the hip flexors, engages the glutes and works on thoracic mobility. Step into a lunge and rotate towards the forward knee, using the dowels to assist with balance and help extend your range of motion. Then walk forward with the opposite leg and repeat. Grab a couple of small PVC pipes or dowels, try it out and let us know what you think!
