21 Day Golf Kickstart

To Scottsdale Golfers Who Want to Improve Their Golf Performance, Play Pain Free and Consistently Shoot Lower Scores in Just 21 Days!!

Don’t wait any longer to join the leader in golf fitness and performance!

In order to apply you must fit the following criteria:

  • Positive attitude Want to play pain free
  • Want to gain strength and increase flexibility
  • Live OR work in the North Scottsdale area
  • Dedicate 45-60 minutes at least 2-3 times per week to work out in our facility
  • You are willing to listen, apply our coaching to change your body in order to improve your golf game
  • You are willing to commit 100% to our program
  • Don’t mind getting your hands dirty, challenging yourself and working hard
  • Willing to invest at least $360-$540 for 21 days (6 or 9 sessions)

Your 21 Day Golf Kickstart Program Includes:

  • Movement analysis- Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Screen
  • Personalized programming and hands-on training
  • Resistance Training- Increases club head speed and helps maintain posture
  • Metabolic Conditioning- Builds enough energy for the entire round
  • Golf-specific exercises and stretches that increase your flexibility and strength
  • Nutrition- Provides consistent energy throughout the round
  • Supplementation- Fills the voids and boosts performance
  • Mobility and Corrective Exercises- Decreases the risk of injury and allows for a more complete swing
  • Coaching- Teaches you how to achieve the “proper feel”
